Piccadilly Developments’ founder, Damien Collins, has extensive experience spanning more than 25 years in large master-planned residential multi-use land division developments, and has assembled a skilled and dynamic team of Project Management and Design Encumbrance Management professionals around him with a passion to deliver quality development outcomes for our stakeholders.

Founder and Managing Director
Overarching Project Director role on all projects.

Tim Halliday

Senior Project Manager
Tim brings Development Project Management experience in commercial and residential projects, and is responsible for overall Development Project Management,
with a focus on setting projects up with tailored Governance Structures and Project Management Processes, Concept Design and Planning Approvals.

Ben Walker

Project Manager
Ben has held various roles in the property development industry and is an experienced Project Manager responsible for managing the day to day production of our projects. Ben works closely with construction teams, civil engineers, landscaping and a range of other suppliers. Ben also works in tandem with the design, sales and marketing teams, going above and beyond to achieve exceptional project outcomes.

Margaret Gutschi

Planning and Design
Margaret brings extensive planning and design experience from various roles in the development industry and is responsible for reviewing, guiding and approving architectural plans with end purchasers and builders, in large-part responsible for the quality of built-form design across our projects.
