Piccadilly manages our own projects such as Ellenvale as well as those entrusted to us by others.

Having evolved out of the Burke Urban stable, Piccadilly is extremely proud of our history and on-going relationship with the Burke family and their developments including Newenham, Newbridge and Mount Barker City Centre Project.

We are also honoured to be entrusted with projects for other external clients such as Alora for Newland Developments (a stage within the Newenham development), North Beach for the Demourtzidis family in Wallaroo, and Mitton Avenue and Passat Street for Cornerstone Housing in Port Lincoln.

Newenham is the flagship in the Burke Urban residential development portfolio. A large 750+ residential lot master-planned multi-use land development, Newenham is ‘Designed for Well Being’, with a masterplan featuring two private schools, church, village shopping centre, community playing fields, generous sized building allotments, nature playground, community farm and Kitchen Farm Pantry cafe, and attractive open spaces centred around Western Flat Creek.

Newbridge is a master-planned residential development project resulting from a Joint Venture between Burke Urban, its investors and the Murray Bridge Racing Club. The Joint Venture was responsible for relocating the Murray Bridge Racing Club to a new home at Gifford Hill with a state-of-the-art thoroughbred racing facility including a 600 seat function centre, bar and restaurant area. The old 45 hectare racing club site is now home to over 160 homes and boasts green irrigated verges, playground and two new golf holes – a stunning development setting the standard in Murray Bridge adjacent the Murray Bridge Golf Course in the new green heart of town.

EllenVale is a well-connected 70 lot in-fill residential development project, a short walk from established schools, parks, and wetlands. Located on the river side of the ridge, EllenVale Estate includes a wide variety of lot sizes, a selection of which boast elevated views over the Murray River Valley.

EllenVale features beautifully landscaped verges and design guidelines that set the standard for home designs to be built in the estate.

Piccadilly has been responsible for the whole project from englobo land acquisition, financing, concept design and planning approval, right through to civil and landscape construction, sales and marketing, developed allotment title creation, settlements, and design encumbrance management.

The development of the City Centre of Mount Barker is a partnership between Burke Urban Investments and the Mount Barker District Council.

Bounded by Morphett Street, Druids Avenue, Hutchinson Street and Stephen Street, the Mount Barker City Centre Project Masterplan covers a site area of approximately 1.2 hectares located in the heart of the Mount Barker township.

A priority of the Mount Barker City Centre Project is to activate the centre of town with a publicly accessible Town Square space surrounded by well designed buildings for work and play. The City Centre Masterplan aims to deliver highly programmable public spaces that the community will have access to use in a variety of ways, including cafe’s, markets, art, public performance and other civic activities.

Burke Urban Investments is the Development Manager and Project Manager for the project including its own components (Retail Corner, Market Shed, Retail/Office and Accommodation) as well as Council’s components (Town Square, Civic Centre and Co-working Building, and Multi-deck Carpark).

Piccadilly is providing the full range of Development Management and Project Management services to Burke Urban Investments to deliver this exciting project for the community.

Piccadilly is providing Development Project Management services to the Demourtzidis family who is developing the North Beach Project, a 370 lot residential master-planned multi-use development covering some 55 hectares including land set aside for commercial uses.

The delivery of North Beach land division includes complex infrastructure arrangements to ensure potable water, sewer and stormwater infrastructure is provided. Piccadilly has been instrumental in the coordination of infrastructure solutions, which have required considerable collaboration with other developers in the region, the local council and service authorities.

Piccadilly is proud to be working with Cornerstone Housing who were successful in securing a partnership with the City of Port Lincoln Council to develop over 100 housing lots on surplus land.

Piccadilly is providing Development Project Management services for the project, leading the Urban Design, Infrastructure and Development Application process, as well as providing strategic direction on funding and financing.
